Exercise 01

Rather than going to “the church of your choice,” we should go to the church of Jesus’ choice or the one He established. The churches of Christ make it their goal to be true to Christ’s teachings in the New Testament. That doesn’t mean that every building with the name “Church of Christ” on it is following Jesus. You need to check it out for yourself and compare the church’s teaching with the New Testament. Share your experiences with your study group. Did you find a congregation that is trying to follow the New Testament? If you need help finding a church of Christ, feel free to contact us at help@mathetis.org.
